Refund & Return Policy

We take great care in crafting and inspecting every piece before dispatch to ensure you receive only the finest quality anti-tarnish jewellery.


1. No Refunds or Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been successfully delivered.
All our products are anti-allergenic, and maintaining hygiene standards is our top priority. Once a piece has been handled or tried on, it cannot be resold or sanitized without compromising its safety for the next customer.


2. Refunds on Exceptions

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong or mismatched product
  • Your order was not delivered

If either of these situations occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order through one of the following:

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the received product showing the mismatch or issue

Our team will review the details and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.


3. Damaged Product on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with photos and unboxing proof so we can assist you appropriately.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but not yet received:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider again.
  2. Contact your bank; processing time may vary.
